Gary Conner is an experienced public speaker who's comfortable speaking with audiences of all sizes.
He began public speaking as a teenager when he was elected President of his local church youth group.
It wasn't much, but it was the beginning of a life long passion for public speaking.
At Southeastern University Gary studied public speaking and discovered the joy of connecting with others from the platform. After his sophomore year, Gary was elected Student Government President at SU. This gave him multiple opportunities to speak before the entire student body and to chair the Student Government Senate.
Beginning with his junior year, Gary had opportunities to speak for groups from Miami to Minnesota. After graduation, he was commissioned as an Officer in the United States Army and was assigned as the Executive Officer of the company. This gave Gary more experience speaking to smaller groups.
After completing active duty with the U.S. Army, Gary accepted a position as a Youth Pastor and later Associate Pastor at two different churches. Both these positions gave Gary the opportunity to speak on a weekly basis about something that really matters for this life and beyond. Gary is still passionate about sharing his faith with others whenever and wherever he can.
Since 1999, Gary has been accepted into membership of and served in leadership in local, state, national and international speakers associations, including the World Speakers Association, National Speakers Association and Toastmasters International.
